Industry Product Theater

ASA invites you to take advantage of the opportunity to present product or services information to attendees during ANESTHESIOLOGY™ 2013. The Industry Product Theater is positioned on the exhibit floor and presentations will be scheduled during peak traffic times. The theater will be set with a low riser, a standing lectern and seating for 100 people. Each presenter will have a 30-minute time slot to present their products and services to the audience. Scheduled time slots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Headquarters
The Exhibitor Headquarters are perfect places for holding small staff meetings, meeting privately with potential clients or hosting small hospitality events. Exhibitor Headquarters are hard wall spaces built directly on the show floor of the exhibit hall dedicated to your company for the three-day event.

Note: Educational Symposia, Sessions, Focus Groups or Group Demonstrations are NOT permitted inside the meeting suites/headquarter offices.

Each office includes a conference table, chairs, wastebaskets, one electrical powered outlet and signage outside the entrance. Look for complete details as they become available.

Welcome & Wine Reception Support

The Welcome & Wine Reception is a great way to draw attendees to your exhibit space. The reception will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 4:30 -6:15 p.m.

Reserve one of the wines, champagne or micro beers on our list that will be poured directly from your exhibit space by a server during the Saturday evening’s Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. We’ll provide you with a server, wine/champagne or beer, glasses and a skirted table from which to serve. Support recognition includes your company name and booth number on conference-related materials.

New Product Showcase List

This online feature will appear on the New Products Showcase display page, similar to the Exhibitor List. Visitors to this page can click the company name for the Exhibitor profile and click the image of the product for a larger view.

It’s a great way to promote new products before, during and after ANESTHESIOLOGY™ 2013. The cost for the New Product Showcase listing is $500 and includes product name, release date, description and images of the product. The Bistro concept is a convenient location on the show floor with a diverse menu offering a variety of traditional, healthy, and international dining options. Create a lunchtime meeting destination, receive faster lunch service with shorter wait time, and enjoy a delicious lunch while remaining in the building -- dessert, included! Exhibitors may purchase individual tickets or reserve tables in advance and on site.

Advanced Promotion

Exhibiting companies receive a complimentary online booth listing as part of their package that is posted at time of attendee registration, the ANESTHESIOLOGY™ 2013 website and the ANESTHESIOLOGY™ 2013 Mobile App. Attendees will have 24-hour access to all exhibiting company profiles and booth location well in advance of the meeting to pre-plan their exhibit experience in the Exhibit Hall.
