ASA Launches PQRS Webcast

Monday, April 07, 2014

This week ASA’s Quality and Regulatory Affairs team launched an informative webcast designed to assist ASA members in understanding their responsibilities under the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS).  The webcast is intended to be a comprehensive resource and can be found on the ASA and AQI websites.  In under an hour, the webcast details 2014 PQRS reporting requirements, including new reporting requirements, new group reporting options, the Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR), and how these changes affect anesthesiologists.

The webcast is broken up into five chapters, allowing PQRS novices to watch the entire webcast and those who are already familiar with PQRS to focus on specific issues.  Please explore the webcast and contact the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department at QRA@asahq.org with any additional questions.
