Congressional leaders have released both the House and Senate work calendars for 2011.
ASA members will want to pay particular attention to when their Congressmen will be in district for “constituent work” periods as this time provides prime opportunities to discuss health care issues with lawmakers face-to-face. These “constituent work” days are also perfect opportunities for ASA members to host hospital, surgical center or office site visit with their lawmakers. On the Senate calendar, dates in red are days the Senate will not be in session, therefore individual Senators should be in their state.
