New Rural Health Legislation Introduced in House Includes Pass-Through Provision

Recently, the Co-Chairs of the Congressional Rural Health Coalition, Representatives Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Mike Thompson (D-CA), introduced H.R. 3859, The Rural Hospital and Provider Equity (R-HOPE) Act.  Among other items, this bill includes a rural pass-through provision for anesthesiologists.
