Request for Information from CMS Regarding ACOs

Tuesday, November 16, 2010

Recently, CMS posted a notice in the Federal Register requesting information regarding accountable care organizations (ACOs) and the Shared Savings Program. ASA staff will be working closely with the Ad Hoc Committee on ACOs to submit comments by the deadline of December 3, 2010. CMS is still in the process of initial rulemaking and is expected to release proposed regulations by the end of 2010. View the Request for Information.
