This five day course will focus on reviewing concepts, new advances and controversies in pain management, regional and neuro anesthesia, non invasive monitoring, critical care and fluid managment. It is designed to focus on awareness among anesthesia providers concerning the function, use and limitations of new technology currently being used in the OR suites. The Duke University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The AANA has accredited this educational activity for a maximum of 25 CE credits.
