ASA seeking survey participants for pain CPT® codes

ASA is looking for members willing to participate in upcoming surveys on CPT® codes describing certain pain procedures. ASA and the AMA/Specialty Society RVS Update Committee (the RUC) need your help to assure relative values will be accurately and fairly presented to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) during this process.
This is important because these values determine the rate at which Medicare and other payers reimburse for procedures. We expect to launch these surveys in mid-July. They will be in the field for approximately 4 weeks.
