ASA Submits Comment Letter to CMS on CY 2010 PFS Final Rule

ASA submitted a comment letter to CMS in regards to the CY 2010 Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule. The comments focus on implementation of the teaching rule fix, specifically over the payment policy change allowing CRNAs to received 100% of the allowed amount for working with two student nurse anesthetists in concurrent cases.
