ASA Submits Letter to CMS on Hospital Interpretive Guidelines

ASA, under the leadership of President Alex Hannenberg, M.D., submitted a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) today stating ASA’s perspective and concerns in regards to the December 11, 2009 revisions to the hospital interpretive guidelines that impact anesthesia services.
