ASA Committees
| To accomplish the objectives of this
Society, certain activities may be affected more
expeditiously by delegating such activity to a committee
consisting of members of this Society. All committees,
except as provided in Section 6.06 of the ASA Bylaws,
are assigned to a Section of this Society and report
to the Board of Directors and the House of Delegates
through the Chair of the respective Sections and
Divisions. |
Committee Appointments
In general, Committee members serve
for three years, unless otherwise specified in the
Bylaws. All appointments to committee chairs are
for one year unless otherwise specified in these
Bylaws. The ASA Bylaws includes a description of each committee's composition and duties.
