The Clinical Practice Guidelines for Postoperative Delirium is a multispecialty interdisciplinary effort led by the American Geriatrics Society and underwritten by the Hartford Foundation with input from multiple stakeholders to provide practitioners with evidence-based strategies to prevent/manage delirium.
