When considering a location
for the practice of anesthesia and before final arrangements
are made, you are strongly advised to:
- Consult the Chair
of the Placement Committee of the Component
Society concerned
- Visit with the resident group or outstanding individual
anesthesiologist in the local area in which you are interested.
- Interview the Chief of Staff of Surgery in the hospital
of your choice concerning your application for privileges
and other professional matters.
- Investigate your eligibility for licensure in the state
where you intend to practice
