Resident/Fellow Member

• U.S. eligibility: Physician in full-time training in an anesthesiology residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association
• International eligibility: An anesthesiology training program outside the U.S. and its territories who is a graduate of a medical school approved by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or the American Osteopathic Association, or of a medical school listed in the International Medical Education Directory

Active Member

Physician anesthesiologists practicing in the U.S.

• First year in practice Active Members receive an 85% discount on member dues
• Physician anesthesiologists in service of U.S. Government receive a 50% discount on membership dues (Veterans’ Administration, U.S. Public Health Service and Indian Health Service)

• Ph.D. research scientists studying anesthesiology

• Physician Assistant

• Veterinarian (DVM)

Educational Student

• Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) students

• Nurse Anesthetist (NA) students

Medical Student Member

• Individual in full-time training at an approved U.S. or international medical school.
