Question regarding membership for students at medical schools outside the US:
Thank you for your interest in ASA membership. In order to be a Medical Student member of ASA, you should be enrolled in an approved Medical School in the U.S. ASA currently has a few Medical Student members from medical schools outside the US, however they are doing rotations in the U.S., planning on completing training at a U.S. Resident Program, and have a current U.S.
mailing
address.
If you believe you qualify, applications are available on the ASA website, www.asahq.org, under the heading "Join ASA". Please have the Resident Program Director at your hospital sponsor sign the application. If there is no resident program, we will accept the signature of a current ASA Active member.
