Anesthesiologist appointed to Health Net Physicians Advisory Board.
Norman A. Cohen, M.D., from Corvallis, Oregon, has been appointed by the signatory medical societies in the Health Net settlement to a position on the Health Net Physicians Advisory Board. As a member of this Board, he will be involved in reviewing and commenting on the health plan's policies.
Dr. Cohen chairs the ASA Committee on Economics and serves as ASA's representative to the AMA/Specialty Society RVS Update Committee (the RUC).
