2008 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule includes 32 percent increase to anesthesia work value

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released its 2008 physician fee schedule.  In its final rule, CMS accepted the RUC’s recommendation to increase anesthesia work values by 32 percent.
