Method: At the beginning of each module you will be asked to take a pretest prior to advancing to the module content. After the pretest the content for each Section will begin on the main screen. At various points you will be directed to Readings (accessed via the tabs at the top of the screen) which pertain to fundamental concepts of patient safety and supplement the anesthesia-specific information in each Section. All of the Readings will be included in the post-assessment. Resume the slides on the main screen after completing the reading. In each Section there may also be exercises or questions to complete in order to advance to the next slide. After all Sections have been completed, anesthesia case studies are presented to highlight the concepts.
