Celebration of Research

SPE15 Celebration of Research
Monday, October 13, 2014, 11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Lead speaker: James C. Eisenach, M.D.

The Celebration of Research is a way to recognize and emphasize the important research being done in the field of anesthesiology as well as a way to honor those who have advanced the field of anesthesiology through their research. A basic tenet of the ASA’s mission is to advance and support research in anesthesiology. Science and education are the foundation of progress in anesthesiology, and we are strengthening that foundation. The Celebration of Research gives this year’s research award recipients the opportunity to present overviews of their work, followed by a panel discussion on research in anesthesiology.
