ASA Support Opportunities

ASA has an all-encompassing support program as opposed to one-off sponsorships. There are two levels to this program.  At the highest level, ASA is offering two packages: ASA Industry Supporter and ASA Practice Management Supporter. These packages are multi-year agreements, designed to allow organizations year-round visibility and recognition with ASA members. The second level of participation includes  the ASA Annual Meeting Supporter package and/or the ASA Conference Supporter package.  These packages include a variety of benefits that enhance the participating organization’s presence for a three-month period around the ASA annual meeting and/or the ASA conference on practice management.

Year-Round Packages: Limited to 12 Companies

The ASA Industry Supporter package is the highest-level package available to pharmaceutical and medical device industry companies. It offers a year-round affiliation with ASA, on-site shared supporter recognition at the Annual Meeting and Conference on Practice Management, recognition in ASA publications and collateral materials, visibility on ASA website, access to ASA members through member e-newsletter communications, insert opportunities and invitations to major networking events. The investment to participate at this level is $100,000 per year.

The ASA Practice Management Supporter package is the highest-level package available to non-medical, practice-related companies. Practice-related refers to a company whose business is not part of the continuum of care provided by anesthesiologists but whose products or services are used in a professional setting (e.g. coding, insurance, etc.). ASA Practice Management Supporters will have the opportunity to make a sales/promotional offer to ASA members and sole recognition in conjunction with one component at the Conference on Practice Management. This package also offers year-round affiliation with ASA, on-site shared supporter recognition at the Annual Meeting and Conference on Practice Management, recognition in ASA publications and collateral materials, visibility on ASA website, access to ASA members through member e-newsletter communications, insert opportunities and invitations to major networking events. The investment to participate at this level is $100,000 per year.

Annual Meeting Package: Limited to 10 Companies

ASA Annual Meeting Supporter

The ASA Annual Meeting Supporter package is in connection with ASA’s Annual Meeting – the largest anesthesiology meeting conducted in North America. The ASA Annual Meeting is the premier educational and training event for anesthesiologists, with more than 700 sessions in nine clinical tracks. Both industry and practice management companies may purchase this package.

With the number of exhibitors at the ASA Annual Meeting growing each year, it becomes increasingly important to set your company apart from the other 325 companies on the Exhibit floor. ASA has carefully designed our ASA Annual Meeting Supporter package to enhance your company’s presence not only during the annual meeting, but before and afterward as well. As an Annual Meeting Supporter, your company will be one of the first that attendees will see via signage and online recognition. The investment to participate as an ASA Annual Meeting Supporter is $25,000.

Conference Package:  Limited to 5 Companies

ASA Conference Supporter

The ASA Conference Supporter package is in connection with ASA’s conference on practice management – a yearly meeting focused on updating anesthesiologists and practice managers on timely topics such as new government regulations or policies, tools to benchmark performance, trends in the workforce, and the latest payer challenges for anesthesia practice.  This unique meeting is devoted exclusively to a highly specialized audience of anesthesiologists and practice managers who come to learn about the latest products and practices in an ever-changing field.  Attendance is limited to approximately 750 people and the conference is often sold out.

Becoming a Conference Supporter is an ideal way to reach your target market.  ASA has designed our Conference Supporter package to showcase your company’s support and spotlight your presence not only during the conference on practice management, but before and afterward as well.  Your company will be one of the first the attendees see through online recognition and on site signage.  The investment to participate as an ASA Conference Supporter is $10,000.
