The Medicine Abuse Project




The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is proud to be a strategic partner of The Medicine Abuse Project by The Partnership at The abuse of medicine is one of the biggest drug problems in the U.S. today.

The campaign, September 23-29, 2012, encourages parents and the public to raise awareness and take action against drug abuse. Parents should talk with their children about the dangers of abusing prescription and over-the-counter medication. In addition, parents should safely use and dispose of medication.
