Registration is open to all physicians and individuals in the health care field and includes a name badge, program guides, and admission to ALL ASA non-ticketed* educational sessions offering continuing medical education (CME) credit, One (1) ticket admission to the Welcome Reception.

*The following Sessions are included with your Annual Meeting registration and are not ticketed. Registering for these sessions does not guarantee seating within the course. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the meeting room is full to capacity.

    Nonmember Categories marked with an (*) will be asked at the time of registration to verify their status by sending a letter from their institution stating that they are a health care professional. The letter should be signed by a department head and must be on your Institution letterhead. Exhibitors are not eligible to register under the Non-Member Day-Pass categories.
