Mobile Phones
Please turn off your mobile phone or configure it to silent operation during sessions and workshops. Cameras and mobile phones with photo capabilities may not be used in sessions or workshops.

Children at the Meeting
Babywearing and infants in strollers are permitted in the exhibit hall during regular show hours. Babywearing and carried infants are permitted in educational sessions. Strollers are not permitted in educational sessions. Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed in educational sessions or in the exhibit hall. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception to this policy, please contact for further information.

All of the proceedings of ANESTHESIOLOGY 2019, including the presentation of scientific papers, are intended solely for the benefit of the attendees. No statement or presentation is to be regarded as dedicated to the public domain. Any statement or presentation is to be regarded as limited publication only and all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to the speaker or to ASA. Any sound reproduction, transcript or other use of the material presented to the convention without the permission of the speaker or ASA is prohibited to the full extent of common law copyright in such material.

Materials and information presented during ANESTHESIOLOGY 2019 represent the personal viewpoint of the individual presenter and do not represent the opinions, positions or viewpoints of ASA. Exhibitor Information Retrieval Program
Attendees of ANESTHESIOLOGY 2019 will be provided with an encoded name badge. Exhibitors will scan the encoded information to record names, mailing addresses and email addresses of those who wish to receive further information. Attendees may choose not to allow their badge to be scanned by an exhibitor as a means of preventing that exhibitor from receiving their contact information.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the Orange County Convention Center, the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel and in any room or area in which ASA-sponsored or organized activities are held. This prohibition includes the Registration area, the exhibit hall and all meeting rooms.

No photography, videotaping or audio recording is permitted in the scientific sessions, instructional courses, exhibit hall or committee meetings.
By attending or participating in ASA meetings and other activities, you acknowledge that photographs and audio/video recordings may be taken. You grant permission to ASA and other third parties to distribute, publish and utilize such images and recordings of you (both now and in the future) in any medium.
