Access the Virtual Track starting on October 7 at 6 a.m. PT  through October 27 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Sign in using your ASA credentials.

 

Claim credit with ease
Simply choose 1 of 3 options by December 31, 2021:

  • ASA My Meeting app: Find a session you attended and click the Claim Credit button on the session page. This will route you to credit claiming site.
  • Credit claiming stations: Enter your credentials at any credit claiming station located at the Ground Level, Hall D Lobby, Registration Counters on Saturday, October 9, through Tuesday, October 12.
  • Online: Visit asahq.org/evals to complete the meeting evaluation and claim your credits.

Get to the Convention Center
Several hotels are within easy walking distance. For other designated conference hotels, see the shuttle schedule in the ASA My Meeting app

ADA-compliant transport is available during scheduled shuttle hours. Please call (877) 899-0986 to reserve at least 20 minutes before your desired pick-up time.

 

Check in at the Hall D Lobby
Stop by the Hall D Lobby on the ground floor of the San Diego Convention Center any time Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. or Saturday 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. Collect your badge, register on-site, get help with the app, you name it!
