Registration Rates

Below is a summary of registration rates for the ANESTHESIOLOGY® 2017 annual meeting. Please reference this site for updates and new information as it becomes available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The following Member/Non-Member rates below are not inclusive of the $100 hotel incentive savings.

Published Rate: $470 / Check-out Rate: $370

If you choose to stay within the ASA block, the $100 hotel incentive fee will be waived from the Check-out Rate during the registration process.

Nonmember categories marked with an (*) will be asked at the time of registration to verify their status by sending a letter from their institution stating that they are a health care professional. The letter should be signed by a department head and be on your institution letterhead. Exhibitors are not eligible to register under the Nonmember Day-Pass categories.

Age Participation Requirement
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Connection Center (Exhibit Hall) or 
educational sessions.  Parents, please note: Children younger than 16 years must be accompanied by a registered attendee at all times in the Connection Center (Exhibit Hall). For safety reasons, strollers are not permitted at any time. 

Cancellations

Cancellation Deadline: Monday, September 18, 2017

Refunds for paid registrations are issued if written requests are postmarked on or prior to the deadline. Requests received after September 18, 2017, cannot be processed. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the meeting's conclusion.

Cancellations postmarked by the post office or received by fax or email on or before Monday, September 18, 2017, will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This fee is calculated on the total amount collected during registration.

No Refunds: Cancellations (paid registrations) postmarked or received by fax or email after September 18, 2017, are not eligible for refunds and requests cannot be processed. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Non Transferable: Registration or ticketed sessions can't be transferred to another attendee.
