Aspiring Leaders - This section provides physicians beginning their leadership journey essentials of effective leadership, with the understanding that awareness of self is required to be an effective leader.
Attending Physicians & Independent Practitioners
Emerging Leaders - This section emphasizes leading results by introducing and reinforcing skills such as valuing others, integrity, accountability and change.
Physician Directors, Executives or Career Years: 6 and above
Strategic Leaders - This section focuses on leading teams with influence to further an organization's success and financial stability.
Physician Executives, C-Suite or Career Years: 10 and above
Transformational Leaders - This section focuses on leading change by inspiring and challenging team members to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape the future success of the company and specialty.
