Membership & Services
ASA membership dues are non-refundable. ASA reserves the right to restrict refunds on any program or service. Such restrictions are clearly documented when applicable.


Products 

Returns for print items purchased from Shop ASA are accepted within 30 days of the ship date and will be prorated, if applicable, and refunded upon receipt of the product. 

Contact ASA Member Services Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m. CT at (630) 912-2552 or send email to info@asahq.org to initiate a return. Please indicate reason for the return and enclose a copy of the ASA invoice or note the ASA invoice number. If unknown, provide complete product information, purchaser name, address to which order was sent, phone number and date of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

ASA does not allow returns or refunds for downloadable, web-based or digital products.
