Program |
During ASA's 1997 Annual Meeting on October 18-22, 1997, in San
Diego, California, the Technical Exhibit Program will be held
from Sunday through Tuesday, October 19-21. It is expected that
more than 300 exhibiting companies will participate.
The exhibit hours will be from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October
19, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, October 20-21.
The Technical Exhibit Program will be held in the San Diego Convention
Center.
Again this year, registrants for the 1997 Annual Meeting, except
exhibitors and spouses, will be provided with an embossed exhibitor
information retrieval card. Exhibitors will be able to make imprints
from these cards to record names and mailing addresses of registrants
who wish to receive further information. It is, of course, entirely
up to the discretion of the individual attendees as to whether
they would like to receive further information from exhibiting
companies.
ASA members who will be visiting the exhibit hall should plan
to bring their exhibitor information retrieval cards. The cards
will be included in the packet of materials provided to each registrant
on site.
