Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Strichartz was presented the award at the ASA Annual Meeting
in Orlando, Florida, on Monday, October 19, 1998, immediately
preceding the Emery A. Rovenstine Memorial Lecture.
