Exhibit Program:
NEW! Come to Sunday’s
Reception |
During the ASA Annual Meeting on October 11-15, 2003, in
San Francisco, California, the Technical Exhibit Program
will be held from Sunday through Tuesday, October 12-14.
Approximately 275 companies are expected to participate.
Exhibits will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October
12, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, October
13 and 14, in Halls A, B and C in the Moscone Center.
New this year, the Exhibit Hall will also be open on Sunday,
October 12, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for an exhibit reception.
Registrants will receive a complimentary drink ticket when
they exchange their attendance verification card in the
registration area on site.
Annual Meeting attendees are encouraged to visit the exhibits,
which add another dimension to the educational opportunities
of the meeting. Exhibitors also contribute vital support
to ASA and the Annual Meeting.
Registrants for the 2003 Annual Meeting, except exhibitors
and spouses, will be provided with encoded name badges for
information retrieval by exhibitors. Exhibitors will be
able to use the encoded badges to record names and mailing
addresses of registrants who wish to receive further information.
It is, of course, entirely at the discretion of individual
attendees whether or not they would like to receive further
information from exhibiting companies.
