Governing Assignment of Tickets |

Refresher Course Lectures and Basic Science Review Program
will be presented at the ASA 2005 Annual Meeting on Saturday
through Wednesday, October 22-26, 2005. The lectures will
be held in the Morial Convention Center.
A registration form was included with the Annual Meeting
registration book sent in June. The form allows you to list
choices for obtaining lecture tickets. The ticket price
for each lecture is $10 for all registrants. Online registration
is available at <www2.ASAhq.org>.
The 2005 Annual Meeting Refresher Course Lectures
book containing summaries of the lectures with a CD-ROM
that also contains the summaries will be available for $20
per copy. The book with CD-ROM will be available for $20
at the Annual Meeting and will be available from the ASA
Publications Department <publications@
ASAhq.org>.
The registration area will be open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
on Friday, October 21. This schedule will enable participants
to purchase additional tickets and the book before the courses
begin on Saturday morning.
Tape recording will not be permitted during the lectures.
Anyone planning to attend any of the Refresher Courses should
register at the earliest possible date. Requests will be
filled as they are received at the ASA Executive Office.
