medical student Anesthesiology Interest Group at
the University of Connecticut recently conducted
an “anesthesiology field trip” in Hartford.
We visited the Horace Wells statue in Bushnell Park
and the Horace Wells grave site in Cedar Hill Cemetery
before attending a screening of the movie “Awake”
as a prelude to a discussion of anesthesia awareness.
