- Founded in 1988, they are an international non-profit foundation
and professional association providing continuing education and
research related to trauma and critical care.
- Their main goal is to enhance the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge of anesthesia technology. Free resident memberships. Also has a group dealing specifically with computers in anesthesia, and another with simulators.
