Children at the Meeting
Babywearing and infants in strollers are permitted in the exhibit hall during regular show hours. Babywearing and carried infants are permitted in educational sessions. Strollers are not permitted in educational sessions. Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed in educational sessions or in the exhibit hall. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception to this policy, please contact [email protected] for further information.
Mother's Room
Private and secure spaces are available and open daily in the Orange County Convention Center (Level 3 WA1 and WA2 Offices). These complimentary lounge areas will offer comfortable seating, convenient access to power, refrigerated storage and water.
Discounted Park Tickets
Purchase discounted tickets to Disney World, Universal and Sea World online or onsite at the Orange County Convention Center. Many hotels offer shuttle services to the Orlando area theme parks.
Family Lounge
A dedicated lounge in the Orange County Convention Center where you and your family can relax in between sessions or meet before heading to the parks.
Parents or adult guardians must always accompany children in the family lounge. Childcare is not provided.
Day in the Life of an Anesthesiologist Workshop
Designed just for kids! ! As they move freely between stations, kids will take their ASA sheep stuffed animal to the “stuffed animal hospital”, color anesthesia masks and watch a real ultrasound. Save your spot during registration – space is limited.
Parents or adult guardians must always accompany children in the workshop. Childcare is not provided.
