Guest registration is available for $50 per guest. All guests must be accompanied by a paid attendee. Guest registration includes admittance to all ASA sponsored networking events in the Exhibit Hall but does not include medical education credit.
Per ASA policy, children under age 16 (except infants as described below) are not permitted in educational sessions or in the exhibit hall and cannot be registered as Guest Attendees. If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception to this policy, please reach out to [email protected].
Babywearing and carried infants are welcome in educational sessions, and babywearing and infants in strollers are allowed in the Exhibit Hall during regular show hours. Strollers must be left outside educational sessions.
Childcare will be available onsite at the meeting. Information coming soon!
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Deadline: Friday, September 20, 2024
Requests for Full Experience cancellation emailed on or before Friday, September 20, 2024, will default to the Virtual Experience and the change in registration fees will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your participation entirely, please indicate so and a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated on the total amount collected during registration.
No refunds: Cancellation requests for paid registrations received by email after Friday, September 20, 2024, are not eligible for refunds and requests cannot be processed. Refunds will be not be provided for no-shows or cancellations related to refusal to adhere to meeting guidelines.
Non-transferrable: Registration or ticketed sessions cannot be transferred to another attendee.
