ASA Focus Groups help understand the “why” behind customer’s decisions and actions. ASA brings together the audience in a virtual or in-person setting to share their opinions and attitudes on your topic of interest. Given their qualitative nature, focus groups provide a look beyond the facts and numbers.
Collect unbiased survey data for decision making based on feedback from your survey to ASA members. Respondents are likely to be honest about their behaviors, needs, and opinions when responding to a survey.
