ASA Refund Policy
Membership & Services
ASA membership dues are non-refundable. ASA reserves the right to restrict refunds on any program or service.
Unless otherwise noted in the product, returns for print items purchased from Shop ASA are accepted within 30 days of the ship date and will be prorated, if applicable, and refunded upon receipt of the product if credits have not been claimed. If continuing education credits were claimed, returns are not allowed.
Contact ASA Member Services Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CT at (630) 912-2552 or email email@example.com to initiate a return. Please indicate reason for the return and enclose a copy of the ASA invoice or note the ASA invoice number. If unknown, provide complete product information, purchaser name, address to which order was sent, phone number and date of purchase. To be eligible for a return of a physical item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made in the same form as payment received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
ASA does not allow returns or refunds for downloadable, web-based or digital products.
Live Learning Events
Refunds for ASA live learning events are time sensitive. Please refer to the specific meeting’s return policy for details.
