CHICAGO – The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) announced it has been selected as one of the 2025 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation and Chicago by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This marks the ninth consecutive year the Society has received both designations.
“We are honored to be recognized both nationally and locally as an organization that sets a high bar for excellence in the workplace, in an environment where employees can thrive,” said Brian Reilly, ASA CEO. “This nine-year consecutive recognition reflects our consistent dedication to fostering a fun and collaborative culture, while placing emphases on the growth, well-being, inclusivity, community involvement and long-term success of our extraordinary staff.”
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For honors companies that demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices, employee enrichment and engagement, and business acumen.
The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed several key metrics. The categories for scoring included: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Recruitment and Selection; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Creative Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions; Employee Education and Development; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Community Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility; Civility and Inclusion; Work-Life Blend; Communication and Shared Vision; and Leadership, Strategy, and Company Performance.
“These companies have excelled by prioritizing their workplace culture. By putting their employees first, this exceptional group of top-tier leaders has created a strong foundation that sets them apart as leaders in their industries and communities,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO of NABR and the Best & Brightest Programs, in a statement.
