GE Healthcare issues urgent medical device correction associated with all Tec 6 and Tec 6 Plus Vaporizers

GE Healthcare issued an urgent medical device correction because of a potential patient safety issue involving the pre-operative check, low pressure leak test at 1 percent dial setting of the Tec 6 and Tec 6 Plus Vaporizers. A leak may cause a reduction in the fresh gas volume delivered to the breathing system.
