The American Medical Association has developed a short advocacy survey designed to gather information about physicians experiences with registering in the Open Payments system and reviewing their data.
In response to growing frustration with the Open Payments system registration process, more than 100 medical societies – including the American Society of Anesthesiologists – signed a letter asking for a 6 month delay for the public release of Open Payments data. There has also been the discovery of reporting errors that led Medicare to take the Open Payments System offline.
The AMA wants to know what physicians think about the Open Payments System. Please complete the short survey and e-mail stories/anecdotes to [email protected].
