How Do You See the Payment Landscape Post SGR?

U.S. House of Representatives' passage of H.R. 2, the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act, signals that Medicare payment methodology change is coming.  While we still wait for Senate action, it is not too early for anesthesia and pain practices to become familiar with the road ahead.
