CMS Infographic on Successful Transition to ICD-10-CM

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a helpful infographic to help providers be prepared for the October 1, 2015 transition to ICD-10-CM.  See the information below and answer the following questions to see if you are ready for ICD-10.  This infographic also gives you some options to consider if your systems are not ready to submit claims with ICD-10.
