On Thursday, July 13, Senate Republican leaders unveiled a revised version of the Better Care Reconciliation Act, legislation to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. This new draft comes several weeks after internal divisions threatened to derail a previous version.
A vote on this bill could come as early as next week. ASA leaders and staff are continuing to review the bill and will provide a more detailed analysis in the coming days.
