Elena Madan is a first-year anesthesiology resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Madan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in biology from the College of Arts and Sciences and economics from Wharton. She graduated with an MD with research honors from Tufts University School of Medicine and conducted research in pediatric anesthesia and pain medicine with Dr. Berde at Boston Children's Hospital. In her career, she plans to apply her skills at the intersection of clinical anesthesiology and healthcare innovation.
