ASA, AHA leadership pen COVID-19 ‘lessons learned’ article series in AHA Today

In the four-part series, ASA President Beverly Philip, M.D., FACA, FASA, and Patrice Weiss, M.D., chair of the American Hospital Association (AHA) Committee on Clinical Leadership, offered considerations and takeaways for health care practitioners and leaders to help navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. The four topics covered center around the importance of leadership and collaboration, open communication, flexibility and preparedness, and overall well-being of the health care workforce.
