The HealthDay article was also picked up by MSN.com, United Press International, and U.S. News and World Report, among other outlets. A study on how cholesterol-lowering statins may reduce COVID-19 severity was featured on Healthline. Additionally, Healthline featured a quality improvement study that showed same-day outpatient procedures can benefit both patients and hospitals for hip and knee surgeries, and Medscape featured an 11-year analysis that showed Black women have a 53% increased risk of dying in the hospital during childbirth.
