The Office of General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for the legal affairs of ASA.  The OGC represents the Society on a broad range of legal issues, including but not limited to:

• Administration of the Expert Witness Testimony Review Program
• Review and negotiation of all Society contracts
• Intellectual Property matters
• Antitrust concerns
• Tax law matters
• Nonprofit corporate legal issues
• Governance
