ICD-10 Industry Progress Survey - Please Respond by August 31

The Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) is now conducting its latest version of its ICD-10 Industry Progress survey.  Information from this survey will be used to inform WEDI, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other organizations of the progress of ICD-10 implementation and to plan necessary programs and actions to assist the industry in meeting the October 1, 2013 compliance date. WEDI is asking impacted organizations (vendors, health plans, health care providers) to complete this survey to assure a wide variety of responses and an accurate picture of industry progress.

The survey will be taken on line.  However, before going online, please click here to review a PDF of the survey and gather your answers.  Once you have your answers, please complete the survey. Only one response should be submitted from each participating organization.
