Opportunity to Participate in Survey on PQRS and e-Prescribing

Econometrica is working under a contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on a project that will include providing CMS some feedback on the physician experience with the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and the e-Prescribing (eRX) programs. Because anesthesiologists have a high rate of participation in PQRS, Econometrica has approached ASA to make members aware of an opportunity to participate in this project. Econometrica requests that ASA relay the following information to you:

Do you bill to Medicare in your practice? Do you also participate in either the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) or the Electronic Prescribing (eRx) Incentive Program? If so, how would you like an extra $100 for your opinion? Econometrica, Inc. is looking for participants to evaluate a survey under development on these Medicare incentive programs.
