CMS Tools and Guidance on ICD-10-CM Transition

CMS offered information on  ICD-10-CM transition tools and guidance during a national provider call on November 5, 2014.  Presentations slides are available here . CMS’s “Road to 10” may be of particular help to you as you prepare your practice for the October 1, 2015 transition date (see slides 20-31).  Opportunities to participate in both Acknowledgment Testing and in End to End Testing are outlined on slides 35-45.
