ICD-10-CM Mapping Guide

Earlier this year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published a Final Rule to solidify the October 1, 2015 transition date from  ICD-9-CM-CM (International Classification of Diseases, 9^th Edition, Clinical Modification) to ICD-10-CM/PCS.  Despite recent discussions of a delay, the October 2015 implementation of ICD-10-CM is still on track and the ASA Department of Payment and Practice Management has created an ICD-10-CM Mapping Guide Tool Kit to help you in  the transition process.
